A fine pair of Sino-Tibetan Silver Lamp Stands, Late 19th–Early 20th Century
A finely made pair of silver ritual lamp stands from the Tibetan cultural region, decorated with lotus-petal trays and octagonal repoussé bases. Traditionally used as butter-lamp holders on an altar, they have been—and can be—used as candle holders today. A beautifully detailed and decorative pair.

 The decoration shows a blended Sino-Tibetan aesthetic, combining Tibetan lotus symbolism with Chinese-influenced engraved floral scrolls.
