A large, sturdy basket made for daily use. Inscribed in black ink on the bottom: “School Teacher’s Basket,  made for Eileen Rich 3/93 in honor of her birhday. Pam Truman.” Natural split ash with red details and traditional curled decoration. The basket includes a bentwood swing handle and a hand-carved toggle woven into the structure. 14.5” across at the rim, and 10” wide, stands 12-1/2” high.
