PUBLISHED weaving: it appears in Navajo Weavings With Ceremonial Themes, by Rebecca and Jean-Paul Valette: 2017, p.268, figure 6.5.18. This delightful, 80+ year old, Navajo-woven pictorial weaving represents the Yeibichai Ceremony of the 9-day Nightway Healing Ceremony that in traditional Dine culture is performed to heal a sick person. The weaving depicts "Talking God" leading 8 male Yei impersonators, overlain on a plain field composed of rare, camel-brown color natural sheep wool. The camel-brown color is not common, making this a distinctive feature of this weaving.
