A model cradle constructed from wood and wrapped with yellow ochred canvas. The edges are beaded with thread-sewn seed beads comprising diagonal lanes on a blue field. The body is decorated similarly, enclosed with a period doll with a patined face, secured by a hide tie. Red stroud forms the canopy, above a strip of native-tanned hide decorated with seed beads. Dentalium shell drops hoist from the top and side.
