Jicarilla Doll Moccasins / 1880

A pair of hightop doll moccasins constructed from native-tanned hide, with buffalo rawhide soles. The entirety of the uppers are stained with yellow ochre, with blue pigment on the flaps. The edge seam features sinew-sewn diamond-square motifs on a white field. Accompanying the moccasins is a table mount.
