This is a 15" x 10.5" Original and Vintage tempera on board by the important New York illustrator George Wharton Edwards, 1859-1950. The image shows the famous cover of the 1915 first edition of Mary Mapes Dodge's Hans Brinker, in the Scribner's publish. The label on the back is the Scribner label from 1915. Signed at lower right. Very Fine condition. Unframed.
