Rare figure. Wood carving called an "Iran"that served ass a portable ancesotr shrine or guardian. Seeking protection and prosperity.  Used in rituals or specializes cermonies or rituals for example to seek good harvest. Used for communication between the kings and queens and divine powers.  Kept by kings and  queens in their personal huts. (Compare to the figure in the MET from the same hand.)
