Yokuts Polychrome Bottleneck

This is a rare example of a miniature size bottleneck, and is in an unusually good state of preservation, retaining its original red Germantown yarn fringe. The vertical red and black diamonds represent GopherSnakes and the weaver placed “Ant Trails” around the mouth to contain the allegorical snakes within the bottleneck.
