This is a 25" x 30" Original and Vintage oil on canvas by the important Pennsylvania painter Junius Allen, N.A., 1898-1962. This is a view of a country road with a large house to the left and other buildings on the road. Signed at lower left. Fine condition. Framed in a classic Newcomb Macklin paint decorated frame. Allen was a National Academician, and a vice president of the Salmagundi Club. He is represented in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
