Kalyo Kengyu (Burma border Naga) – early 20th century – rare, warrior’s plaited bamboo cuffs, worn for protection in battle, with deerskin-attached human hair adornment tinged with red, denoting the fires/blood of headhunting raids – nicely worn, darkened and slightly smelling of smoke from fires of either domestic or war origin – 4 ½” x 4” - $750
