Konyak - unusual spiritual fetish piece - head – 17” cm wide, 13 cm deep, 13 cm high – stand – 14 cm diameter, 22 cm high - split wood figurative human head depicted after being taken by a headhunter from an enemy warrior, with white lime markings of the cuts made as part of the process of preservation for being kept as part of tribal and village ritual, along with a very unusual accompanying stand – circa early 1900’s
