Konyak Naga  - early 20th century - perfectly formed, highborn woman's tightly wound spiral brass coil bracelet of local manufacture - one tip possibly broken and somewhat smoothed through wear - the wearing of significant ornaments of high status materials by women as well as men reflected the equitable nature of Naga society - collected in Nagaland - 3 1/2" (top) and 2 3/4" (bottom) diameters x 5"
