This is a 24" x 19.5" Original and Vintage pastel on board  by the master Italian painter Andrei Belloli, 1820-1881. This is probably the finest portrait Belloli ever did in this medium. His nudes can bring hundreds of thousands of dollars. None of the pastel portraits that have come up for auction come even close to the quality of this work. This is signed at lower left and dated 1870. Unframed. Matted.
