Ao Naga – elements mid-19th century– early 20th century – very wealthy woman’s high value South Indian carnelian beads and chank shell slices, with brass bells and mithun (indigenous wild ox) bone separators of Nagaland origin, made into a necklace specifically for use at festivals and occasions of great significance - 16” from macrame to bottom of lowest strand, beads 13mm – 25 mm – collected in situ, Mokokchung, Nagaland
